My Story
I’m a former corporate learning and leadership development executive.
My purpose is to inspire and guide you on a path of discovering the joy and
freedom of knowing, being and leading from the truth of who you really are.
Through conscious leadership workshops and retreats, I integrate knowledge and
practices from ancient eastern wisdom and modern western science so you can
rise above conventional paradigms of living and leading and make an impact that
extends far beyond your career.

As a kid, quiet, contemplative, creative self-expression was my happy place. Immediately after high school I attended a small commercial art school in Boston and landed my first real grown-up job at one of the most historic and prestigious management consulting firms in Cambridge, MA. I was not a management consultant, I was a graphic designer and, while the consultants loved and praised my work, I felt completely out of place. To help with my intense insecurity and complete lack of confidence, I started attending seminars which opened my eyes to a profession I never knew existed.

I was hooked.
After an amazing 20-year career of building and leading several corporate learning and development functions for large global technology companies, I intuitively knew there was more to leadership development. Something important was missing that I did not yet understand and could not yet articulate.

I was stuck.

It took an agonizing year to decide in 2015 to jump off the corporate wheel and give myself some time and space to figure out why the work I knew I still loved was feeling increasingly less meaningful. During my hiatus, I amped up my contemplative practices of yoga, meditation, and solitude which had always been an important part of my personal life but were kept entirely separate from my work life.

It all clicked.

This spawned the next chapter of my career and life. These enlightened inner ways of being are precisely what is missing from the conventional outer ways of doing. Since 2016, the purpose of my work has been to be a voice and a vehicle for a more united and whole human approach to living and leading.

I’m not alone.

There is a growing movement of people who see and are experiencing the value of bringing technological science and contemplative wisdom together. We already have everything we need to do this, it just needs to be reawakened and released into the workplace and world.

We can do this. We must do this. Now.
What I Do
I am a catalyst for driving awareness and adoption of conscious leadership in the workplace and the world.
I help individuals, managers, leaders, and organizations leverage the convergence of ancient eastern wisdom with modern western science to become and lead the change we need and want to see in the world.
I create a ripple effect by inspiring others to contribute to a more conscious and compassionate world.
How I Do It
I have 30 years of experience living, leading, and understanding the differences between transactional and transformational leadership.
As a transformational workshop and retreat leader, I form an intentional community where people meet, join, and belong.
My holistic approach of engaging the whole person using mind-body experiences creates the conditions for profound self-discovery, persuasive self-awareness, and inspired action.
Who I Help
I serve a multi-generational workforce at all organizational
levels and career stages.

In addition to technology and manufacturing, my client industries include energy, construction, healthcare, financial services, hospitality, education,
professional services, retail, and nonprofit organizations.

I specialize in working with women leaders seeking progressive approaches for boosting self-confidence and influence and mid-level leaders navigating the paradoxical balancing act of delivering on strategic objectives at the executive level while motivating operational
performance at the staff level.
Education and Certifications
I received my B.S., Management from Rivier University and completed Graduate-level coursework in Organizational Psychology at Walden University. I earned a Certificate in Positive Psychology from Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health and am a licensed certified facilitator for many
world class leadership development organizations.
