I am one of a small group of CoreThemes™ Career Counselors who has been personally trained and certified by Ray. As a workplace Learning and Development practitioner for more than 20 years coupled with my youth development coaching and training, I can help teens think about and prepare for what and where they want to be before getting stuck on the path to an “accidental career.”

“Deb initially agreed to co-coach a team of 15 girls but soon found herself as the Head Coach when her co-coach had a work-related move mid-season. Deb offered stability to the team during the transition, while maintaining a sense of fun and caring for the girls. We are extremely appreciative of Deb's dedication to Girls on the Run NH.”
